This 2-3 hour class consists of

The 4 basic paddling strokes

1. 2 versions of the forward stroke i.e. high and low angle

2. Reverse stroke/ break stroke

3. Sweep stroke/ turning stroke

4. Draw stroke

How to get in and out of the boat

How to load the boat

The end of class will be a fun paddle to practice using your new skills

Beginning Paddling Class with Boat Rental $65

Includes: Boat rental, paddle, life jacket

If Needed: dry suit/ wet suit, splash jacket, booties

Paddling Class WITHOUT Boat Rental $55

You Provide your own gear
